Since the acquisition of FARA in December 2019, FARA and Ticketer have operated as two entities. We have now reached the time where joining forces under a Group umbrella is the natural next step forward, to utilise and take advantage of the synergies existing between the two companies. Several steps have already been taken to align the two companies’ best practises, experiences, competence, and values. With Andy now on board we will continue this process in the best possible way.
Andy has spent the last 37 years in a variety of roles with IBM, Private Equity and most recently as the CEO of NGA HR. He sits on the board of several technology start-ups and he comes to us with a comprehensive and wide range of international experience within the technology and service businesses where he has been driving growth with passion, energy, dedication and values that fit well with the Ticketer/ FARA culture.
Andy will also take over as the CEO of Ticketer, while Solveig Ellila Kristiansen will remain as the CEO of FARA.
