On the 4th of February the Norwegian Minister of Transport and Communications, Jon Georg Dale, visited Trondheim. During his stay, FARA was given the opportunity to meet with the Minister to discuss framework conditions for ITS suppliers to the public transport sector, and with that the opportunities and challenges that lies within collaboration and competition with public companies.

In Norway we have really good private companies that contribute in developing new ways for us to travel easy. They do this by making information easily available on apps and digital solutions, so that we can plan our whole journey using one single application. It has therefore been important to take a look at the work that they do, because they are giving us the new way to travel.
