FARA ASA has achieved the ISO 9001:2008 quality standard for its business, demonstrating continuous commitment to high standards of quality in its operations.
The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001 specifies requirements for a quality management system where an organization needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide product that meets customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. Furthermore the aim is to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
FARA’s quality policy states that; “FARA is committed to delivering on-time and on-quality software and services that meet or exceed our customers’ expectations. The right quality is obtained through applying good internal processes to minimize quality cost and maximize performance. FARA aims to increase the degree of customer satisfaction to the level where our customers themselves recommend FARA in the market and to business relations. Quality work is an integrated part of daily work in FARA. Every employee is responsible for targeting the quality objectives that relate to their area of responsibility. A Manager is responsible for all quality aspects in the department. FARA’s HR & QA Manager is the Management representative responsible for ensuring a customer focus, continuous improvement and offering a supporting role for resolving quality issues and improvements in procedures that management and other employees need assistance on. FARA will have a quality management system fulfilling at least the requirements described in the ISO 9001 standard.”
